DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT — ZERO RETENTION

1. DATA RETENTION POLICY

Provider shall not retain any Submitted Document beyond the duration

of the extraction process. Upon completion of extraction, the document

and all derived copies are destroyed immediately — a retention period

of zero (0) days, with instant purge upon completion.

No Submitted Document is persisted to disk, backup, or cold storage

at any point in the processing lifecycle.

2. STORAGE MEDIUM

All Submitted Documents are loaded exclusively into a volatile RAM

buffer for the duration of processing. The RAM buffer is isolated per

request and is cleared the instant the extraction result is returned.

No document or document-derived artifact is ever written to

persistent, block, or object storage.

3. ENCRYPTION

All Submitted Documents are encrypted in transit using AES-256

encryption from the point of upload through the completion of

processing. Keys are rotated per session and managed exclusively

within the isolated processing boundary.

4. HIPAA COMPLIANCE

Provider maintains HIPAA-compliant controls for any Protected

Health Information (PHI) processed under this Agreement, including

the administrative, physical, and technical safeguards required

under 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164.

A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is executed with each Covered

Entity prior to processing any PHI.

5. SOC 2 TYPE II ATTESTATION

Provider holds a current SOC 2 Type II attestation covering the

Security, Availability, and Confidentiality Trust Service Criteria.

The attestation is renewed annually and made available to Customers

under NDA upon request.
